Reservoir properties and 3D trap models of Umbaki field oil-gas bearing horizons in Shamakhy-Gobustan region of South Caspian basin

Aslan-zadeAs it is known, the prospecting of hydrocarbons has entered into the new phase and at the moment the works are being carried out towards exploration in the deep formations and revealing previously undiscovered zones of long-term operated fields as well. The article is devoted to one of the old fields of South Caspian basin - Umbaki area. Via carried out complex petrophysical surveys and 3D modelling of reservoir structure, the perspective of further development of one of the oldest fields of South Caspian basin - Umbaki, particularly its south subthrust has been considered.
