Experience of control of solids in “Binagady Oil” Company using bottomhole filters dumping proppant

The article is devoted to the method of control of the major complication factor (sand control) in the operation of bottomhole pumping equipment used in oil-gas industry. The results of granulometric analysis of sand carried out from the well are presented. The variants of assembly of running the bottomhole well filters with fastening of bottomhole area with proppant are provided. The results of conducted research works are presented. All methods of selection of screen filters used in the Company are listed. The experienced introduction of downhole filters is summarized and production-technological efficiency of their application justified.
