Development and implementation of a new composition washer for improvement of cementing quality

Full displacement of drilling mud to the annulus has a great importance in the cementing process of oil and gas wells. It is shown that during displacement of the drilling mud by cement slurry in the cementing it is necessary to pay special attention to the washer composition. Its composition and parameters should comply with the ones of drilling mud and cement slurry. In several cases in washer with the cement slurry contact some complications may appear. At the moment the washers are widely applied for the cementing of casing string.
