Development of new composition and technologies for isolation of water flows to exploitation wells
R.G. GarayevIn order to isolate the produced water with a new gel forming substance new composition and technology have been developed. To overcome the disadvantages of well-known technologies, numerous experiments have been conducted. The content of the new composition that consists of liquid glass (sodium silicate) and hydrochloric acid, used in the oil industry at the moment for various aims, as well as a new composition from water glass and chrome acid have been researched in laboratory conditions. The compositions have been defined and new sufficient technologies on their application developed. The experiments justified that due to the displacement of concentrated components, high-viscous gel-forming solid substance insoluble in the water is formed. This property of the components enables to achieve maximum efficiency. The experiments showed that using 10 % substance percent of each component creates favorable conditions for achieving the set aim.
