The article presents the opportunity of deposition and reforming of oil via hydrogenation with own land, which serves as a catalyst and in its own way comply with the natural zeolite-laumontite. It was defined that asphaltanes have a thick aromatic structure with short paraffinic chains and low quantity of oxygen groups. The yield and composition of oil asphaltenes, deposited from oil-saturated land as a hydrogen donator of oil fraction (diesel fraction) either from oil of naphtene basis or via hydrogenation of oil from oil-saturated land on the Al Co Mo industrial catalyst. It was justified that the asphaltanes have functional groups – carbonyl, hydroxyl either in aromatic or carbon chains.
