The application of method of oil-gas deposits’ direct exploration via seismic survey with refracted waves was conducted for the first time in Palantoken area. The processing and interpretation of seismic data were carried out according to the longitudinal and lateral sections. Refracting boundaries limited to the sediments of Aghjagil bottom and Lower Cretaceous surface were built, indicative minimum in amplitude curve and energy of refracted waves logged from lower border specified and expected oil and gas deposit in Eocene sediments in 5000 m depth forecasted.
