Obtaining synthetic petroleum acids in the catalyst presence of Mn-containing montmorillonite
E.B. ZeynalovThe paper presents the results of obtaining of Mn-containing nano-size phosphorodithoic montmorillonite and its application as oxidizing catalyst of 220-350 0C fraction with previously dearomatized mixture of Azerbaijan oils with the aim to obtain synthetic naphtenic acids. By means of physical-chemical and spectral methods it was defined that Mn is directly chemically connected with the matrix via ditiophosphate group. It was specified that using this type of catalyst from 220-350 0C fraction of oil mixture in the presence of 135-140 0C, time and rate of air supply 100-102 l/s with high yield (24 % mass), it is possible to obtain naphtenic acids and more significantly, unlike the catalysts used in the industry, in the process the oxy acids are not obtained.
