The definition of usage level of innovative equipment in drilling enterprises

One of the significant factors affecting drilling indexes is the usage level of innovative technique in drilling process. With the growth of well depth, the requirements for drilling equipment, drilling tool, bottom-hole engine, bit and other technical means used in well structure are getting sharper. The calculations of usage of innovative techniques in the drilling in the case of “Complex Drilling Works” drilling enterprise were carried out. In calculation of usage level of innovative technique in drilling the turn-over ratio was used. The paper offers the calculation method of usage of innovative technique in drilling that can be applied in definition of economic effectiveness of new drilling technique introduction within drilling enterprise.
