Improvement the efficiency of fighting flammable liquids in tanks via binary systems with external mixing of the components

The advantages and disadvantages of water-foamy fire extinguishing agents are reviewed. The authors offer using external mixing of the components and binary gelling and foaming systems with various sorts in the efficiency increasing of the extinguishing with foam of the flammable liquid. The advantages of such means in the process of extinguishment as compared to the traditional foam using are shown.
