Via experimental studies conducted by rational planning of reservoir models developed with the implementation of similarity criteria, the paper researches the evaporation of hydrocarbon condensate with the “dry” hydrocarbon gas, dropping out in the formation. The impact of various factors such as the amount of residual water, porosity, temperature, density of condensate, as well as the effect of reciprocal evaporation and dissolution of phases were considered during the planning and experiment. In integrated analysis of obtained data, neutralizing the influence of other factors, the effect of residual water on the condensate evaporation was carefully studied. It was defined that it influences the process in a variety effects and justified the mechanisms of these effects in detail, depending on the volume and the physical-thermodynamic condition of residual water.
