To initiate the inflow to the well bottomhole the authors offer a naphtenic acid solution, the efficiency of which is defined via the value of porous medium permeability K2/K1 relation by oil after K2 till the treatment of K1. It was justified that adding 0.2 % surface-active agent (sulphanol) naphtenic acid to the solution allows increasing the efficiency of treatment, which is connected with the surface tension decrease property of obtained composition.
