Multifunctional modified alkylphenolate additive
Kh.N. MammadyarovaThe paper presents the results of synthesis and study of AKI-145 multifunctional modified alkylphenolate additive. This additive is a calcium salt of condensation product of alkylphenolate, formaldehyde and 5-aminosalisylic acid. The exploitation properties of AKI-145 additive were researched in M-8 oil via standard methods. The results of laboratory investigations showed that the combination of nitrogen atom with carboxylic group of molecule in additive improves its exploitation properties. By antioxidative and anticorrosive properties AKI-145 additive leaves behind ASK and IKHP-101 additives. AKI-145 additive was also studied in the composition of M-10G2 motor oil. The results of research justified that developed test oil is on the same level of foreign analogues of this series.
