As a major direction of growth of public production efficiency, the increase of labor productivity is foremost defined by the level of development in science and technique, the introduction of up-to-date achievements of scientific-technological progress allowing replacing the less productive means with more progressive ones. Turning scientific-technological progress into the source of economic growth stipulates objective necessary of development of organization-economic mechanism for integration of science and production, aimed at the enhancement of introduction of scientific-technological achievements in the economy.
