Efficiency mechanism of oil displacement from porous medium for dispersion systems
T.K. JabrailovaFor increase of oil recovery factor, a suspension consisting of composition of sodium silicate (Na2ОнSiО2) of 5 %, sawdust 1 and isopropyl alcohol 1 % was suggested as a bank for injection into the formation model. The efficiency of mechanism was justified via carried out experiments and shown that the bank promotes the raise of residual oil production and allows accelerating fluid withdrawal from the formation model. The physical-chemical properties of suspension, such as interfacial tension in the border with hydrocarbons, swelling and sedimentation qualities, swelling processes duration and its components have been studied as well. Obtained results as well as the experiments conducted on the transparent model of formation enabled to consolidate that the bank with screening properties in the porous medium limits fluid flows and leads to the change of direction of water injected into the formation. It was justified that obtained suspension reduces interfacial tension and has swelling and sedimentation properties, which predesignate the mechanism of its efficiency.
