Retention of mechanical impurities in the collection and transportation system of oil wells

SoltanovaThe presence of mechanical impurities in well product in the collection and transportation system of oil wells leads to the contamination of technological equipment and transportation pipelines, as well as the wearing out of moving parts of booster pumps and to the environment pollution because of the oil wastes seepage. Installing a hydraulic cyclone at the entry of technological equipment and transportation pipelines and a sand chamber below enables retaining mechanical impurities inflowing together with the well product and collect them in a drainage tank for further utilization.
