Forecasting labor productivity and expenditures on well construction in drilling enterprises

AkhundovThe aim of forecasting labor productivity and expenditures on well construction in drilling enterprises is revealing and mobilizing existing production reserves to systematically reduce expenditures and increase internal production savings. A deep analysis was carried out and a method offered for more reliable definition and forecasting of labor productivity in drilling enterprises. To obtain actual results from forecasting calculation, it is reasonable to apply the coefficients of change of average depth, planned drilling rate and zone coefficient. For forecasting, the baseline actual expenditures are studied and cost classification depending on time and drilling works on the example of SOCAR enterprises, conducted. Such kind of task set enables definition of reserves for reduction of costs when forecasting in drilling enterprises.
