The application of the non-parametric methods in this research is useful tool in combination with the other conventional engineering methods for evaluating the oil field development process of the waterflood project. This complex approach enables us to understand the reservoir performance or behaviour in corresponding to all the operational activities that were taken place during the development stage. In this research the complex approach had been applied in Heijah oil field beside the conventional methods such as engineering analysis of producing and injecting wells, water oil ratio analysis, water saturation tracking and capacitance resistance model in order to evaluate the waterflood project performance. On basis of the approach complex analysis and results the water injection strategy has to be changed in aiming to improve the project efficiency and reduce the operating costs.
