The increasing methods of buffer capacity of Azerbaijan underground gas storages

The paper deals with the types, targets, gas capacities and creation history of underground gas storages in Azerbaijan. In order to provide the gas storages’ economically efficient operation, it is considered rational to increase their buffer gas capacity. In accordance with the report, it is offered to increase buffer gas capacity in Galmaz and Garadagh underground gas storages totally for 621 mln.m3.
