Improvement of personnel management system in petrochemical enterprises

The organization structure of an enterprise reflects the internal constitution of its management system, objectively defines the character of management system organization. The structure of an enterprise is characterized by the management branch, quality, body, the mutual subordinance and interrelation of stages. The structure of management is a form of division of labor in management system. One of the major issues of this paper is the provision of proper interrelation of function and management of the enterprise, optimum division of management by branches. Efficient realization of this process significantly influences the increase of effectiveness of either production or management system.
