Quality indexes of gas produced from gas-condensate fields in last phase of exploration do not meet the requirements of regulations. That is why in transportation of such gases through gas main occurs precipitation of mechanical impurities, heavy hydrocarbons and produced water in gas pipeline due to the change of thermodynamic conditions. The paper presents the results of scientific-research surveys on the study of composition of these impurities and their impact on the corrosion rate of pipeline. It is noted that this index changes within 0.182–0.212 mm per year. An empiric dependence with the purpose of indirect definition of hydrocarbon loss in gas transportation system depending on the change of pressure and temperature is offered. According to the results of carried out works corresponding recommendations on the elimination of technological complications in gas main pipelines are given.
