The paper deals with the results of conducted litho-facial analysis on the example of terrigene sediments of Productive Series of Early Pliocene in the uplift zone of Sangachal-Duvanny-Khara-Zira adasy via sequence-stratigraphic principles, electrometric models of facies and mathematic methods of geophysical data classification. The limiting values of geophysical signs obtained via cluster-analysis involving the results of core analysis allowed separating various lithotypes in well sections. Based on carried out investigation considering emphasized basic lithofacial types of rocks, petrophysical function of permeability-porosity has been specified and the distribution of lithotypes along the area forecasted. The comparison of lithologic-facial analysis results with the well operation data confirmed the effectiveness of set task solution in the study of heterogeneity of field geological structure, which is defined by the facial nature of studied sediments.
