Innovative instrumental-technological hardware for completion and intensification of oil flows
V.V. SilvachevThe paper presents the achievements of hardware-measurement apparatus for perforation-blasting support offered by “Vnipivzryvgeophysica” OJSC. The opportunity of registration of dynamic processes occurring in completion and crack formation, due to the information channels survey with a sampling rate of 8 kHz and applying highly reliable pressure and temperature is shown. The advantages of perforation control application are shown. Implementation of control devices for shootblasting operation will simplify work technology in horizontal wells during completion, which will lead to the tripping number reduction. Introduction of shootblasting operation monitoring will lead to conducted surveys safety increase, and hydrodynamic well monitoring will reduce well use in shootblasting operations and enable objective assessment of filtration and production opportunities of completed formation in a short period.
