Features of fishing tool use corresponding to crashed end in producing well overhaul

IbrahimovThe paper reviews the issues occurring in the selection of necessary fishing tool for extraction of crashed downhole equipment of complicated construction by parts, the elements of which may change the location: while catching the coupler with special operating taper taps of tubing with threaded WAM connection, in catching the fishing tool with changing diameter of fishing or flushing tools remained in the well, as well as adjacent pipes in the string. In mentioned cases, the use of shear taps and bell jar corresponding to the size of emergency end gave a positive result. The paper also presents the information on plastic pipes and their superiority compared to steel pipes, their largescale production in abroad, as well as starting production in Azerbaijan and field tests. The paper provides information on a failure occurred during well test, construction and operation principle of the new fishing tool for extraction plastic pipe from well, with differing diameter on international standard.
