Impact of compacting pressure on the quality of plastic details in oil field equipment

The paper reviews the impact of compacting pressure on the quality (solidity, accuracy and steadiness) of plastic details in oil field equipment. It is connected with the fact that when using plastic details made from thermo-reactive materials, the main technological factor affecting details quality is compacting pressure. In this regard, depending on press material trade mark and details design, the impact of compacting pressure on the quality of oil field equipment was studied in a wide range. On the basis of obtained results, optimum regimes for a certain plastic mark applied in oil field equipment are recommended.
