Strategic orientation of foreign investment towards Azerbaijan economy

The paper reveals strategic aspects of foreign investments in Azerbaijan economy, particularly in oil-gas sector in the context of globalization of economic relations among the states. In this regard, the state investment policy is presented in details, quality indexes of business activity considered, as well as the measures related to the improvement of investment flows towards non-oil sector of the Republic studied.
