On losses during phase transformations in subsea gas pipelines
F.B. IsmayilovaThe paper analyzes the reasons of fluid phase formation in transportation of gases produced in offshore fields via subsea pipelines. The issues of specification of phase transformation depending on pressure and temperature are reviewed. The impact of phase transformations on the structure of flows and loss of hydrocarbons was studied. It is shown that during pumping transfer of conditioning gas from offshore fields, depending on the season the changes occur in transported gas capacity.
