Development of new efficient demulsificators for deterioration of aggregative steady water-oil emulsions and industry test conducting
A.D. Agha-zadeNew compositional demulsificators enabling to deteriorate water-oil emulsions have been developed. According to the results of test, carried out in laboratory conditions, it was justified that developed compositional demulsificators enable to deteriorate deeply water-oil emulsions, produced in Buzovna area of Oil-Gas Production Department named after H.Z. Taghiyev, and the mixtures of water-oil emulsions from Buzovna and Gala areas as well. In this regard, the superiority of 7th ND type demulsificator activity compared to other has been defined. Experimental-industry tests of suggested demulsificator have been conducted in the area of integrated treatment and pumping of oil and water in OGPD named after H.Z. Taghiyev. In the result of test, it has been defined that after contact of demulsificator with the mixture of emulsions from Buzovna and Gala areas during 25:30 hours, the water contained in the oil decreases from 9.2 % to 0.3 %, chloride salts from 526.8 mg/l to 26.34 mg/l, mechanical impurities from 0.25 % to 0.009 %. The contacting of demulsificator with emulsion mixture during two days promotes deeper dehydration. The amount of water in oil reduces to 0.06 %. It proves that suggested compositional demulsificator is more efficient compared to Alkan-415.
