On the method of efficiency improvement of preparation system of oil in the fields

In the use of two oil- and water-soluble demulsification agents in oil production sphere, their questionable influence on water-oil emulsion is not considered. The rationality of using oil- and water-soluble demulsification agents considering their various impact on residual composition of oil products in discharge water is revealed. Recommended types and optimum dosages of oil- and water-soluble demulsification agents in technological processes of preliminary and commercial preparation of oil specified according to the results of comparative laboratory studies are described. It was defined that oil-soluble demulsification agents show less composition of oil products in discharge water during demulsification process. The authors suggest to conduct oil-water emulsion processing using oil-soluble demulsificators in locations of oil preliminary preparation, where discharge of main capacity of produced associated water (80–95 %) takes place. Offered method of reduction of oil products in discharge water is in process and does not require heavy expenses.
