Scientific evidence of technological processes occurring in the block of platforming unit of catalytic reforming
R.A. GaribovThe article analyzes the parameters of the catalytic reforming unit, operating in the Oil Refinery plant named after Heydar Aliyev from 1980 to the present day. The paper studies functional dependence of platformate quality indexes obtained in the result of approximate functioning of unit during 10 days in regeneration and 20 days in non-regeneration cycle regimes. In research fluctuation of general temperature of reactors in 114–162 оС temperature intervals during unit functioning in regeneration and non-regeneration regimes was observed, the number of aromatic hydrocarbons in the composition of permanent platformate obtained from raw in 58–69 % mass, and correspondingly the number of octane platformate in 93–97 % mass defined. Noted indexes obtained in the result of platformate process are efficient for use as components in benzene production of relevant grades.
