Selection of industry production strategy based on high-tech and competitiveness

The paper estimates the role, strategy and location of assortment, as well as the diversification of production in enhancement of external economic relationships of petroleum engineering enterprises. In working process, an investigation on political diversification organization and the principles of petroleum engineering enterprise management was carried out on the role of production diversification in expansion of external economic activity of production enterprise, selection of assortment strategy in production of outputs, as well as in specification of directions on export potential enhancement of production enterprises.
