Using complex chemical reagents for inhibition of asphalt-resin-paraffin sediments

The influence of multi-component and multi-functional reagents under the names MORE-R and PЗ-R on the prevention of asphalt-resin-paraffin sediments (ARPS) was investigated. Developed reagents were tested on oil samples from “Neft Dashlary”, “Sangachal-deniz” and “Alat-deniz” fields. For example, if in well No 2576 of Neft Dashlary field before applying MORE-R inhibitory reagent, in pump-compressor pipes 50–60 pipes had to be replaced every month because of the paraffin formations, after applying the reagent for more than a year, no ARPS in pump-compressor pipes were found. In well No 1617 of Neft Dashlary field without applying MORE-R reagent hot oil treatment was carried out every other day.
