Multi-functional alkylphenol additive to motor oils
Kh.N. MamedyarovaThe paper considers the synthesis and researches of carbonated calcium salt of condensation products of alkylphenol, formaldehyde, ammonia and amino-acetic acid – AKИ-124 additive. Operation properties of the additive were studied via standard methods. Laboratory experiments show that due to the mutual influence of nitrogen atoms and carboxylate group, its operation properties in additive molecule increase. AKИ-124 additive has high anticorrosion, antioxidation and washing, i.e. multi-functional properties and due to anticorrosion properties, it predominates over ВНИИНП-714 and МАСК additives. Possibility of using AKИ-124 additive in the composition of М-10Г2 is shown. The studies justify that operation properties of М-10Г2 experienced oil corresponds to the level of its foreign analogues.
