Stiff competition, struggle for position in the market, economic environment variability, unpredictability of political situation and many other reasons require the enterprises an ability of fast reaction to the different changes in environment, which, in its turn, requires implementation of up-to-date management methods and technologies. The development of advanced methods of control increased demand in application of up-to-date information technologies and systems.
