Mud volcanoes of Azerbaijan: native minerals in sopka breccia
E.F. ShnyukovThe paper deals with the mineralogical composition of sopka breccia in mud volcanoes. More than ten new unstudied early minerals, especially native (gold, iron, nickel, chromium, tin, copper, lead, etc.) have been revealed. Unusual forms of mineralization and possibility of their formation in sopka breccia under the influence of depth fluids are noted.
