Analysis of geological-technological research results in well drilling in the fields with abnormally low formation pressure

The paper analyzes the data on the porosity and permeability of formations comprising well walls in Binagadi field. The practice shows that efficiency increase of works on lost circulation control becomes possible due to the realization of methodic approaches and solutions in drilling process concerning expansion of database considering geological-technological, geophysical and hydrodynamic research data. Evaluation results of geological-physical and filtration characteristics of lost circulation intervals on such a basis are used for selection of isolation material enabling preventing drilling mud lost circulation in the areas of abnormally low formation pressure.
