Increasing efficiency of work force and labor potential use in petrochemical enterprises

Labor resources in the enterprise appear in labor division. Labor resources are characterized by the presence of labor masses meeting their demands. In whole, labor resources mean the population group that have general education and professional knowledge, as well as necessary physical and mental abilities for working in industrial field. Provision of enterprise with sufficient amount of labor resources is one of the important issues in solution of reduction of working hours loss and increase of labor productivity, growth of production, execution of contractual obligations and increase production efficiency as well.
