Evaluation of hydrocarbon potential of Productive Series in South Caspian depression and specification of rational directions for exploration surveys

Estimation of hydrocarbon reserves and resources in PS of South Caspian basin is crucial task today. The paper marks the necessity of reviewing structural-tectonical pattern of the basin and classification of structures. Exploration methods in prospective structures have been developed based on suggested scheme. The methods of estimation and minimization of geological risks have been studied as well.
