Prediction time of conducting measures in flow and compressor wells with sand ingress
K.K. MehdiyevThe reasons of failure, buckling and slipping of casing string in the wells with sand ingress in the example of Palchig Pilpilasi and Buzovna-Mashtaga fields have been analyzed. It was established that for prediction of these complications it is necessary to carry out preventive measures. For this purpose, the volume of cavern formed in bottomhole zone is defined during well operation and critical radius (radius of destruction) specified as well. Field data analysis showed that complications in casing strings of some wells occur even in less values of critical radius. It takes place due to the dropping in calculations of cavern volume and extracted sand during conducting technological processes on completion and operation of wells.
