Vibration diagnostics and vibration protection of compressor units operated in gas filling stations

Piston compressor aggregates are applied in oil-gas industry, as well as in auto gas filling stations. The main reason for decreasing operation stability of these units is vibration in their construction elements, connection pipelines, separators, refrigeratives, thermo-replacing, protective and start-stop fittings. On the basis of carried out theoretical and experimental researches, a technology of vibration diagnostics in separate parts and pieces of compressor unit, due to which detection of shortcomings in the unit operation becomes possible has been developed.
