Within the models of non-stationary heat and mass transfer in non-stationary filtration of gas-condensate mixture, the task of identification of reservoir filtration-capacity properties has been solved. Required parameters included in empiric functions of these parameters considering non-isothermality of the process have been specified based on the gradient procedures using the methods of optimum management theories. Based on the model, an algorithm has been developed and a software for numerical modelling of non-stationary hydrodynamic processes created. It is shown that the consideration of process non-isothermality enables to estimate reservoir properties and control of interpretation quality, as well as to decrease the level of uncertainty in conditions of incomplete data.
