Adaptation of mathematical models of processes of atmospheric unit of primary oil refining

The paper reviews the issues of implementation of adaptation models for calculation of significant parameters in the tasks of operative management of oil refining processes in atmospheric unit of ELOU-AVT technological device. The analysis of influence on models of measurable (regime parameters) and unmeasurable indicative variables, such as the characteristics of raw materials and processes with participation of oil fractions has been carried out. It is shown that for the processes of primary oil refining, the adjustment of mathematical models with a linear structure in a change of unmeasurable variable can be performed via changing of the free member of models in the form of a polynomial. Correction of parameters of used models of technological indexes calculation in the mode of normal ELOU-AVT unit operation has been conducted.
