The paper reviews the formation history of Neft Dashlary in Azerbaijan sector of Caspian Sea, first started up blowout wells in offshore, the worlds first oil producing country in the sea, realization and sale of oil and its products according to the marketing strategy, the export of crude oil based on marketing strategy management, transportation of Shahdeniz-2 gas to the world market, as well as the transportation of gas through TANAP South Gas Corridor.
