As a result of analysis of works from a large number of researches, it was revealed that during the operation of gas-condensate fields, gas-condensate content of produced gas decreases in depletion mode, even at high than retrograde condensation pressures. This process is explained by adsorption of subsurface rocks. However, mass exchange processes in gas-condensate system should not be associated with adsorption processes at pressures higher than those at retrograde condensation beginning; they can occur even at an empty рVT bomb and identified when the pressure in porous medium presence changes. In connection with this, the influence of major factors on development parameters of gas-condensate fields at the interval of pressures higher than retrograde area is reviewed.
