Staff turnover analysis in Ethylene-Polyethylene plant

Currently, the main purpose of each enterprise is the improvement of staff employment and search of solutions for issues appearing whilst. One of these issues is the labor turnover leading to the staff loss with accumulated longstanding experience and sophistication, as well as to the expenditures for preparation of new employees, weakening of enterprise goodwill, decrease of productivity and efficiency. High level of staff turnover significantly damages the scientific-technical and staff potential of any enterprise. The paper researches the reasons for staff turnover based on the data from Ethylene-Polyethylene plant of “Azerkimya” Production Union and the ways of this issue solution offered as well.
