Overseas models of corporate management and prospects of their implementation in Uzbekistan Republic

The article reveals the notion of corporate management and approach to the problem of corporate management from the position of the financial system. The research also analyzes formation of existing corporate management models under the influence of internal and external aspects. Content elements of corporate management models are provided. The scale and system of indexes for estimation of corporate management efficiency is shown. Considering the demands of Uzbekistan Republic economy, the efficiency of corporate management of oil-gas sphere of the country, for realization of which some prior directions of sphere development are suggested.
