Differential accumulation and formation of hydrocarbons in Mesozoic traps of Yevlakh-Aghjabady depression

Alongside with the significance of certain geological periods and ages for appearing and formation of oil and gas deposits, other aspects such as differential accumulation process of hydrocarbons are also of great importance. For differential accumulation of hydrocarbons and formation of deposits, a certain tectonic linear development should not be faulted. In the deposits formed in such a way, the conventionality is disturbed, i.e. “water-gas-oil” stage, but not “water-oil-gas” is formed. Paleoprofile analysis is one of the efficient ways of study these deposits.
