Analysis of the results of steam treatment on Karajhanbas field

The paper analyses the dynamics of oil production, as well as the results of steam injection in the objects of Karajhanbas, which is one of the large not deep-laying (250–500 m) fields of high viscosity oil in West Kazakhstan. Brief geological characteristics of the field, the results of change of field development’s main parameters, their statistical analysis dynamics is presented as well. A prospect of predictive estimation of oil development parameters for further stage according to the results of statistical analysis is described.
