Composition for toughness increase of deposit rocks
K.K. MehdiyevIntensive sand ingress in well production deteriorates not only performance and economic indicators of the well, but technical stability of casing string as well. For limitation of sand from reservoir, a cementing slurry on acid basis with addition of hydrated zeolite aluminosilicate is suggested. Developed cement slurry and cement stone formed of it maintains its toughness in high pressure and temperature and in filtration washout as well. Performance and economic indicators of the well improve and well bottomhole stability is provided. After the implementation of developed composition in “Neft Dashlary” and “Absheronneft” OGPDs, the overhaul period of the wells increased for 2.2–2.5 times and additionally 2000 t of oil was produced.
