Pulse waves amplitude impact studying on well borehole bottom zone fastening efficiency

OsmanovOn specially designed installation of simulating teamwork “layer-wells” influences of the pulse waves created in the layer on efficiency of fastening hold zone sand control chinks were investigated. On installation appears possibility to carry out circulation liquids with various rheological properties through model of layer and lift pipes are represented in pressure difference changing from 0,01 to 0,1 MPа. The layer model consisted of quartz sand with diameter in 0,5-0,85 mm where permeability was 0,375 microns І, and porosity factor - 0,24. Oil with Newtonian and non-Newtonian properties was underwent research works. It is established that at other equal conditions of sand control in well production Newtonian oil is more than oil with non-Newtonian properties. It is revealed that at fastening hold zone sand control wells with acid-cement mortal in concentration inhibitions hydrochloric acid 6, 8 and 10 % appears possibility to increase considerably the inter-repair period of its work in 85-100 % limits. Research works were conducted with M-400 mark tampon cement in the acid-cement factor 0,5. It is established that in pressure difference constancy equal to 0,06 MPa non-Newtonian oil circulation faded after 155 hours from for corking of filter part by sand. After processing hold zones sand control wells the acid-cement mortal in volume 1, 3 and 5 % void volume layer, appears possibility to increase its inter-repair period twice was represented. With the aim of studying the amplitude explosion formation influence on efficiency of fastening sand control wells with so-called jet effect application were conducted bench researches. In the research the acid-cement mortal volume made 0,5 % of void volume layer, and volume explosion of forming substance mixes of compressed air and hydrocarbonic solvent fluctuated from one to three volume of acid-cement mortal solution. It is revealed that under other equal conditions the best effect is achieved when explosion forming substance volume makes 2 volumes of acid-cement mortal and pressure of explosion is more than 3 МPа.
