Application results of bactericidal type anticorrosive inhibitor

The oil and gas industry accelerated development demands wells operational efficiency increase in oil extracting. Therefore, oil flow rate stabilization and well operation efficiency increase still remains actual for protection against corrosion of the underground and above-ground oil equipment. Recently the well drowning increase percentage in oil recovery and environmental aggression growth accelerates corrosion processes of the underground and above-ground equipment. Besides, hydrosulphuric gas presence in well production even more intensifies corrosion processes. Up-to-date researches show that for maintenance layer pressure via sea, layer and potable water the bacterium in their structure get into the layer. In order to solve this problem has been developed new bactericidal type AIB inhibitor (bactericidal type anticorrosive inhibitor). For protection efficiency definition in laboratory according to working conditions on models have been conducted researches and good results are received. Besides, AIB mark technology inhibitor in wells has been developed. As a result of AIB mark inhibitor introduction in 10 wells OGPD named after H.Z.Taghiev the repair works quantity decreased for 3 times, the total oil flow rate growth composed 158 tone and economic efficiency made 44 312 manats.
